Your traffic campaign is sent to a select target audience, Examples of a type of target audience are, English, European, Games, sports, shopping, health, software, finance, diet, gambling. By presenting to a select audience you will increase your response rate significantly. Target internet traffic that is  more desirable and the cpm is  higher.  About  traffic,    Well how on earth are we getting our traffic to you? The idea is simple. Sites like AltaVista have extremely targeted categories that get a lot of visitors. For example, someone may go to AltaVista and look for articles, merchandise, or information about running a website business. BINGO! Altavista's computers immediately look through their database of running websites and look for the campaigns targeted to business. They choose which of those sites need the visitor the most and they are immediately sent away to view your website. Pretty neat eh? Well it's OK if you know what kind of traffic you're buying. What was just described is a type of traffic we sell. We have investigated and sampled virtually EVERY other traffic sources' services (of course we want to check out our competition) and have found NOBODY is selling traffic of this quality. Most of the traffic is not even targeted. Ask them how they target their website visitors, they probably won't even answer  your email.
When you buy traffic, you must always be aware of how visitors are targeted. This does not always mean by category (like shopping, etc.), but by location as well. Many companies prefer not to reveal this imperative information for fear they will lose all of their clients. If you find someone who is selling very low cost traffic be sure to find out WHERE the visitors are coming from. Most likely if they do not tell you, the visitors are mainly from Asia (since it is very easy to generate  high amounts of traffic cheaply from Asia) but the visitors will not be interested in (or not even be able to read) your website or advertisement - a complete waste of time and money.
